Pa Query Form Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Pa/Bucks/14759 Surname: Rapp, Woodin, Morgan, Martindale, Currance, Strickland, McCann, Brassell ------------------------- Mary Currance was my gr-gr-grandmother, she was married to John Woodin. Their Children: Louisa(Lulu--my gr-gm), Estelle/a, Daisey, possibly a son and another daughter. Lulu was born in 1875, and I'm not sure if she was first-born, Lu's death certificate lists Lulu born in Newport, PA. I believe that is north of Bucks Co. That is all I know on my Currance's, but I'am happy to learn of any more info you may have! I know the Woodin children were raised in the Kensington section of Philly. I have a copy of a lovely tin-type photo of the "Woodin Girls" circa 1890's. I'm grateful for any info you may have! Thank You!---Kim

Pa Query Form Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Pa/Bucks/14757 Surname: WEISEL, MILLER, HOENIG, HÖNIG ------------------------- Seeking information about the children of Samuel WEISEL, born 18 Jun 1788 in Bedminster Twp, Bucks Co, PA, son of George and Elizabeth HOENIG/HÖNIG WEISEL. He married Mary Elizabeth MILLER (b. 1792) on 28 Jan 1810 at Tohickon Union Church, Bucks Co, PA. We have no information about this couple subsequent to their marriage. Samuel is not mention in this fathers 1835 Will. Interested also in any information about the ancestry of Mary Elizabeth MILLER.

Posted on: Bucks Co. Pa Query Form Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Pa/Bucks/14755 Surname: WEISEL, HOENIG, HÖNIG ------------------------- Seeking information about Joseph WEISEL, born 24 Apr 1799, in Bedminster Twp, Bucks Co, PA, son of George and Elizabeth HOENIG/HÖNIG WEISEL. Joseph is identified as their child in the baptism records of Christ Lutheran Church in Tinicum Twp. There is no other mention of him in family information. In father George WEISELs will dated 16 Jun 1835, Lycoming Co, PA, there is a bequest to granddaughter, Nancy WEISEL, now living in the State of Ohio. We cannot place Nancy as a child of Georges & Elizabeths other sons, so she may be a daughter of Joseph WEISEL. If Joseph settled in Ohio and pre-deceased his father, that would explain the absence of any mention of him in the Will which mentions the other children.
Posted on: Bucks Co. Pa Query Form Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Pa/Bucks/14754 Surname: MARSHALL, OVERFELDT, OVERFIELD, MEECE, MEESE, WEISER ------------------------- Seeking information about my OBERFELDT/OVERFIELD ancestors of Bucks Co, PA. Elizabeth OBERFELDT (c1710-1757), my 6th great-grandmother, married Edward MARSHALL (1710-1789) about 1735 in Bucks Co. She was killed in an Indian raid in May 1757. A Paul OBERFELDT, who may have been Elizabeths brother, in 1746 married Rebecca MARSHALL, a sister to Edward MARSHALL above. After the death of Elizabeth OBERFELDT, Edward MARSHALL married Elizabeth Meaze (Meece/Meese) WEISER (1727-1807). Their first child, Peter MARSHALL (1759-1806), married Rachel OBERFELDT (?-1826). Peter was born in Tinicum Twp, Bucks Co, and married Rachel, probably there, about 1780, before migrating to Lycoming Co in 1788. Rachel OBERFELDT MARSHALL died in Hepburn Twp, Lycoming Co. Im hoping someone can document how Elizabeth, Paul and Rachel OBERFELDT/OVERFIELD are related and provide any information about their ancestry. Im also hoping to connect and share information with anyone researching the MARSHALL family above.
