Jane Dungan, 115 [Justice's # for her father], daughter of Thomas and Sarah (Kroesen) Dungan. m. - John Gill, of Solebury, Bucks County, Pa., d. 1849, son of Thomas and Sarah. Issue: (673-684) Sarah, John, Samuel, Henry, Eliza, James, Ann, Isaac, Jacob, Abraham, Mary and Jonathan." The surnames listed above include those of the spouses of the children of John and Jane Dungan Gill. If you want information about any of them, I'll be glad to post it for you. The Justice book does not go any further than the children and their spouses.

The employees are very helpful, and encourage family historians to do research there. As I remember, the costs weren't too bad either since I did my research in person. Do a Google or Yahoo search for their address and webpage to find out if you can get research done by mail if that's what you have to do. Thomas HARTLEY, a Representative from Pennsylvania; orn in Reading, Pa, Sep 7, 1748; completed preparatory studies; studied law, was admitted to the bar and began practice in York, Pa; served in the Revolutionary war as lieutenant colonel of Irvine's regiment, and as colonel of the sixth Pa. in 1776; commanded an expidition against the Indians in 1778; served in the legislature (state); elected in the first second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth Congresses and served from Mar 4, 1789 and until his death in York, Pa. Dec 21, 1800. -- [last 10 words in script--not typed] I would certainly appreciate any information on Thomas HARTLEY either in Reading,( Berks Co.) or York (York Co), PA.
