    1. [PABUCKS-L] Virus/Surname Page From List Manager
    2. Judy Jackson
    3. Good Morning All I do not normally mention this on the list. For some reason people do not have anything else to do but create a virus to affect the web. So there are quite a few viruses going around at the moment. Please check you attachments from anyone even those you know. Second make sure up upadate to virus program often. I check mine for udates at least a couple times a week. When you get a virus attachment it is not coming from Rootsweb miling list since attachments are not allowed. Also if you get one you might drop that person a friendly note that you receive a virus from them. A lot of time a person doesn't even know they are senting them. I would like you not to post their names ad emails to the list. For some people this is a little embrassing. Plus these list are archive. So it will be there I guess as long as whenever. I receive several myself this week alone. I just don't open them and delete them. ALso if you have updates to your surname on the surname page please let me know if you change emails, no longer searching that name. Have had several people write disappointed that they try to contact someone about a name only to find the address is no good or whatever. If you find a error in your listing let me know. I try to be prefect but <g> I have a tendency to screw up. Thanks have a great day Judy List Manager, Sitter, Momma or whatever. ===== Bucks Co. 1. [PABUCKS-L] family history
    2. Hello! I'm interested in my family history but didn't know where to start. A friend told me about the site and your message popped up when I searched. I'm a descendent of William Richard Bertles. I forget his father's name. William was an only child. But his father was one of many children. It sounds like your records are extensive. Do you have a William Richard Bertles? Kindest Regards, Nancy

    1. [PABUCKS-L] COOK CARVER HARTLEY
    2. George A. Cook marries Elizabeth H. Carver, the daughter of Israel Harding Carver and Mary Hartley, 11 September 1845 at Newtown Presbyterian Church/Aubrey Lodge by Rev. Robert D. Morris. The 1850 census shows him as 29 and her as 28.. These families were mostly from Solebury, Bucks County, PA. Does anyone know of any children of George and Elizabeth, and the dates and places of death of them or their parents? I am actually trying to come forward to the present day to find a living descendant, rather than going back in time. Thanks. Mike Daley Carlisle, PA. .

    3. Can't help with James McCarty, but here is what I have on Silas. In his will he left one acre of ground to the New Britain Baptist Church, on which to erect a church building. This plot of ground is separated from his plantation near Quakertown, but only a few scattered tombstones and the foundation cavities remain to mark the site of the old church [near Quakertown]. ®65 Will: Silas McCarty of adjacent of Springfield. 1. [PABUCKS-L] RE: Weyerbacher Relatives
    2. I would love to get some information regarding Isaac. Searching the Weyerbacher tree is difficult because of all the name changes. My gggrandfather was Jacob Bitz Weirbach, who sas born 2/26/1843 and died 2/28/1897. His father was listed as William-the birth certificate is in German. He is supposed to have decended from Isaac Weyerbacher but I am having difficulties bridging the last couple of generations.
