    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/DaB.2ACE/4096.1 Message Board Post: Mike, I have (on loan from the library in Doylestown, Bucks Co.) Vol. III of the History of Bucks Co. which contains histories of various families. On pages 318-320 it traces some of the descendants of Samuel Hart who died in 1750. Most of the information concerns his eldest son James, born 1717. It says that William was probably 3 or more years younger. It is difficult to follow, because of the way it is worded, but it appears to say that William married Margaret Means (and James married her sister Jean). It says the writer only has record of one child of William and Margaret and that is Joseph, b. 1745 and died 1797. It says that both James and William died comparatively young. If you would contact me by e-mail and give me your address, I can photocopy the pages regarding the Hart family and mail them to you if you are not near Doylestown. There is also another Hart family in the book, pp. 42-45, descendants of John Hart, b. 1651. I cannot see a connection to the people you are interested in. You have my sympathy. I have a family named Hough I believe are related to the Houghs in Bucks Co. who are all very well documented, except for the line I am looking for.
