    1. [PABUCKS-L] 1920 census, Falls Twp.
    2. Dear list, If ever I need the most obscure tidbit of info, I can always count on a mailing list to supply it. So here goes with my best yet. Can anyone tell me the enumeration district number for Falls Township in the 1920 census. I can access the census through ancestry.com, but I don't see Falls Twp. listed in the descriptions. Your help would be so greatly appreciated. HelenM57@aol.com

    1. [PABUCKS-L] Request: Will of George STOCKHAM 1814
    2. Vincent E. Summers
    3. Hi. I was wondering if there would be anyone who would be able to get this will in its entirety, and in its natural handwriting, costs to be covered by me, so that I could carefully scrutinize what it actually says? There has been some controversy as to the exact names and persons listed in the will, and being a STOCKHAM descendant, I would like to get my chance to squint at the thing! Here is the abstract: 8.406. George Stockham, Junr., Fells Twp., yeoman. August 5, 1814. Proved August 19, 1814. "In too low a state to write his name." Bro. Thomas Stockham and George Hulme of Milford exrs. Wife Elizabeth formerly Elizabeth Mulhaun. Sons John and George and child unborn. Son Joseph, by Mary Belford. Wits: M. R. Calbraith and Charles Ettel. This was found on this site: http://searches1.rootsweb.com/usgenweb/archives/pa/bucks/wills/willabstbk8.txt Thanks, Vince Summers

    2. S&R Ash
    3. Here is some new information I have on my g-great Aunt Martha Smith Overholt. I am trying to confirm Simeons parents. Also the old record has three children born to them and in the 1910 census Martha does list 3 born 1 living. Are these other children buried in Bucks county. Did they die as infants? I would like to know about them. I am the great granddau of her brother William Smith mentioned herein: He is buried in Doylestown by his parents. Any additonal information would be most welcome. Sue Ellen Ash 1. SIMEON S OVERHOLT was born 1 April 1830 in Bucks county, Pennsylvania, USA, and died 25 January 1898 in Rising Sun, Randolph township, Ohio county Indiana, USA. She was born 12 March 1835 in Castle Valley, Doylestown twp, Bucks Co, PA, and died 24 April 1913 in SalyerPark, Delhi township, Hamilton county, Ohio, USA. Notes for SIMEON S OVERHOLT: There were two Simeon Overholts of Bucks county, one the son of Samuel but I think he was born 1 Dec 1840 and had the middle name of Godshall. There could be a son of Abraham Overholt named Simeon Shutts Overholt. 1. [PABUCKS-L] Cemetery Lookup Needed-Bristol
    2. Amanda Cook
    3. Hello all! Is there a cemetery book for Bristol, Bucks Co., PA. If so, would anyone be kind enough to do a lookup for me? I am looking for the family of William R. and Margaret CAROTHERS BAILEY living at 68 Washington St., Bristol, PA from 1877 to around 1900 at which time they moved to Washington, DC. I suspect that William R. BAILEY was the son of Thomas Barclay BAILEY, who was living next door. Margaret was the daughter of Theodore and Mary Ann HIBBS CAROTHERS who were just a few houses down. Looking for the burial sites for the following individuals: Siblings Clifford S. BAILEY: 6 Dec 1880 - 16 March 1881 Dora May BAILEY: 12 Dec. 1885 - 20 April 1886 Charles Harris BAILEY: 28 July 1893 - 14 March 1894 Thomas Barclay BAILEY: About 1823 - After 1880 Cynthia BAILEY: About 1824 - after 1880 Theodore B. CAROTHERS: Sept 1824 - 16 Sept 1893 Mary Ann HIBBS: 28 Feb. 1833 - 5 May 1907 If there are any others in the family plot of these folks, I'd like to know them as well. I'd be glad to return the favor with a GA or other nearby state lookup. We have a WONDERFUL genealogy library here. Just not a lot on PA!! Thanks!
