I forgot to mention that obtaining a new certificate requires a new signature from the doctor. Since he made one of the mistakes, I didn't have trouble getting it. . ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ray W. I contacted the county recorder and asked for a correction. All I had to do was, give them the necessary information to make the corrections and return the ten certified copies they had sent me. I was told this could be done up to sixty days after the initial filing as long as they received all the issued certificates back. My mom's certificate is correct now. The extra effort it took to correct it was worth it to me. Ray Justus Chandler, AZ
