Tice</A> I am very pleased to let you know that Tioga County Historical Society now has a journal of top rate quality. This month's journal, Vol. 1, No. 1, arrived yesterday replacing the former little newsletter. This is a journal full of top rate articles, any one of which I would have been proud to publish on my site had it been submitted here first. Terrific work. The new journal is called Tioga County Historical Review and it is edited by Larry Biddison. Congratulations to Larry and to TCHS for publishing this fine journal that puts them in the same ranks as the Chemung County Historical Society and the Bradford County Historical Society, both of which have a long history of excellent publications. This is one more reason to join the TCHS.
