Bill, The information on a death certificate depends on who is giving it. I have found quite a lot of misinformation particularly on deaths of older people. Helping someone some time ago the place of death was listed as North Carolina as given by his second wife. Later a letter from her was found saying she had forgotten at the time that he was born in Maryland and went to North Carolina when three years old. Ralph Weller
