I have found a Christian Himes married to Ann Mary Rettinger. They had a son, Joseph Himes, listed as born 1838 in Armstrong County, PA. I am searching for a Joseph Himes, born 1839 in Armstrong County, PA who married Elizabeth Miller, born Feb 19, 1841, also born in Armstrong, CO. PA. Joseph served in the 78th PA Vol Infantry, CO B. Are these two Joseph one and the same? Can someone help me with this problem. I am also looking for a H. R. Himes born in same County. Would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you Pat in FL
