Hi list, The 'deal' that they offer is this: You send in a GEDCOM containing your family research, and you will get free access to the other GEDCOMS that were sent in by others. Everyone else has to pay for accessing the information. Naturally, none of the data is ever substantiated, and no attempt is made to even confirm that it hasn't been simply invented by a prankster. All of the down-side events that are endemic to the GEDCOM format are wrapped up together in a pay site. Dont do it!
