Tice</A> I have added a page of a 1900 Spanish American War solder to the site. It includes photo and biography sent in by his grandson, Bob Brown, a long time Tri-County site guest. The township page also has the addition of a turn of the century Wyalusing postcard. It is SNOWING here. Nasty cold wet stuff. No accumulation, but still not nice.
