Tice</A> My new PT Cruiser is sitting in a railroad yard in Albany waiting for a full load to come to Cortland. So the long awaited event will occur this week. Tomorrow I'll be touring the western part of Tioga County with Linda Cracraft of Arizona who is here on a visit. She has been a long time helper to me and I am looking forward to meeting her.
