Hello all, warning: this is only slightly geneaology related! My mother was a Brennan from Monroeton (and later Towanda), Bradford Co, PA; so I was taught to be proud of our Irish (Celtic) roots (the Brennans sailed from Cork, Ireland, to NY in 1848/49.) My first book, Celtic Quilts: A New Look for Ancient Designs, was released in July of 2000 by That Patchwork Place, an imprint of Martingale & Co.; (a second book, Colorwash Bargello, is scheduled to be released in May of 2001.)
