Hi All, As you know I have been spending a lot of time in cemeteries of late looking for new flagholder examples and also taking photos for my next (secret) project which I will announce when I have it ready to go online. Along the way I find a few things that amuse me. I have updated the old Cemetery Joke page under the new name of Cemetery Humor with some examples of these. Perhaps some of you will get a chuckle also. You can reach it from the (slightly) modified front page of Tri-Counties Genealogy & History Sites of Joyce M. Tice For those of you baking and burning in the West, I have to tell you that this area had the coldest July on record and it was wonderful !!! It never got to 90 and rarely even to 80 and some mornings were well down in the 40s. The best July of my lifetime !! This wonderful August morning it was 51 here. Great sleeping weather for those of you blessed with the ability to sleep. I expect to spend the weekend at home updating web pages. (I know you'll all be glad to hear that) I have a canine house guest for the weekend, and unlike my own tiny dog, he is a bit large to haul around for long in my Neon, so I will have to stay put for once. Speaking of which, I have had a PT Cruiser on order since April 25 and my dealer tells me I am moving up this long long production list. Once that arrives I'll be able to haul around a whole herd of large dogs in this new model I recently heard described as a Sport Utility Hearse. The old Neon can't hold out much longer with me putting on 35,000 to 40,000 miles a year, so it has to go. Anyway, I hope to catch up on some email and some backlogged submissions from my many helpers. Joyce M.
