I'm currently restoring a small cemetery in western Bradford County. One of the oldest gravestones in the cemetery has fallen off its standard (base) and fractured in three pieces. I've contacted a direct descendant of the person whose gravestone is fractured, and she would like to have this gravestone repaired and returned to an upright position. She's elderly and resides in Florida so I offered to help her find someone to repair the gravestone. I've searched the Internet, trying to find a business or person who repairs gravestones in the tri-counties area. I have not been successful in finding anyone willing to mend the old gravestone and secure it on a standard or base. Do you know of a local (tri-counties) business/person who can perform this type of gravestone repair? Any help would be much appreciated. Paul Newell Ellicott City, MD
