Lew: Another point of view. I have been a satisfied SAMPUBCO customer. Their instructions are specific, I followed their instructions in detail, sent the money required and got what I requested in a rational period of time. Hi Lew, I don't have an answer to your question, but just want to let you know that I sent to SAMPUBCO for a copy of my gr-grandfather's (Abram Rowe) will. My experience was a good one. I followed the directions on the website. I received the will a couple of weeks later than I had thought I would, but was able to monitor when I might receive it by checking the website to see what "date request received" they were working on. I have not seen any negative reports about them.
