I am looking for the current location of Ulster, Luzerne County in 1800. There is a family list as John Drone living near Thomas Parks. Later Thomas Parks and William Drown went into Litchfield in Bradford County. I am wondering if this Ulster is the same area that is Ulster in Bradford County, today. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! News - Today's headlines
Kitty, Your answer lies on the Research Library opening page, immediately below the column heading Bradford County: "Formed 21 February 1810 from Luzerne and Lycoming Counties PA" Ergo, Ulster was part of Luzerne County in 1800.
