    3. I am looking for the current location of Ulster, Luzerne County in 1800. There is a family list as John Drone living near Thomas Parks. Later Thomas Parks and William Drown went into Litchfield in Bradford County. Kitty, Your answer lies on the Research Library opening page, immediately below the column heading Bradford County: "Formed 21 February 1810 from Luzerne and Lycoming Counties PA" Ergo, Ulster was part of Luzerne County in 1800.
