    3. Entirely different sites. Very little is "free" on Genealogy.com.. I've had a very BAD time with them. When there was a problem, they refused to answer E-Mail. When and if you subscribe you'll find that their main purpose is to sell you more stuff. The companion site to Ancestry.com is Rootsweb.com.
