Jane- On occasional trips to Wellsboro from far away, we have been able to find everything easily in the Tioga County Court House. And I will tell you this! I am sure some info could be put on line such as Orphans Court records, but how would you put on line all those boxes of stuff(for my lack of knowledge) including inventories and court records(mortgage pay off slips,etc).
