I wanted to let everyone know that when you come to the Steele Memorial Library in Elmira now that the traffic patterns have changed. They have made, as of Sat. Nov. 20, Church and Water St. two way streets. The streets have been one way streets since 1965 so I'm expecting lots of confusion at first for drivers. I thought I would let out of towners know before they entered the city to come to the library. Sherry N.
