Have you tried the Tioga Co. Historical Society in Owego, NY? I don't know what they have there as I have never been there but have been told that they have quite a lot of research material. I don't remember seeing the Settler Newsletter in the Chemung Valley Museum Research Room in Elmira, NY but they also my be a good place to look. Have not seen this particular literature in the Steele Memorial Library in Elmira, but that doesn't mean it is not there. Pat Wainwright of Chemung Co., NY
