Hello fellow genealogists - I recently became interested in genealogy and decided to gather up as much information (and photos) of members of my family tree and create a web site. I was confronted recently, however, with the possibility that not everyone that I had listed information for (including names, birth dates, in some cases photographs) would necessarily appreciate having their information displayed on the internet. Is this a valid legal or ethical concern ? Should I only list information for living persons if they have given me permission to do so ? Or should I go ahead and keep the information there, and only remove it on request ? If anyone has had any experience with or opinions on this matter, please let me know. Thanks, Tom Currier
