    3. Jude; It's commonly known in the business world that the majority of feedback that a company receives is usually negative. People have a tendency to speak up far more readily when disgruntled than they do when they're pleased. In fact, a huge percentage of happy customers don't even think to comment about their satisfaction with a product or service. With this said, have you considered that the website you're citing may represent only a tiny fraction of all PayPal users? If you want my two bits, I would suggest that if you have no personal experience with PayPal, you might want to consider neither recommending nor dissuading others of its usage. The truth is you really don't know what the service is like one way or another. As for me, I've never had one lick of trouble with PayPal.
