Hi Everyone, Mrs. Barbara Decker, former 4th and 5th grade teacher at Harriet Child Elementary School in East Smithfield is celebrating her 90th birthday this Sunday at the Bradford County Manor, RR 3, Troy, PA 16947. If there are any former students or friends on this list, it is being requested that you send a Birthday Card if possible. I probably should not be announcing this on the mail list, but this lady is a great person who is avidly interested in the history of this area, and has given me information on several occasions.
