Chamberlain and left the Catholic Church. I have some of Jere's descendants—Edward D., (b. 1859, Port Jervis, NY d. 1922 Merrill, WI) was the oldest. He had 2 sisters one of whom married a Kelly and lived in PA. Brothers included George, Michael, John, Daniel—maybe more. Edward's surviving children were Daisy Adele Ryan (m. Elliot Mole, lived in NY) and Leslie Edward. I also have an obit for a Mary Ryan of Athens that I found on Joyce Tice's site. Unfortunately there is no date or newspaper cited.
