OK, all you lilac'rs!! Everyone has sent their reports on the pretties and smellies and up here in Maine - nada!! Even the buds are not visible - cannot see or smell anything!! Trouble is when they do blossom - when? I have to hole up and wear a clothespin - am allergic to them - wicked bad as we say up heah in Maine - ayuh. Don't know about anyplace else but this has been a banner spring for allergies - people who have never had trouble before, are flocking to the doctor for help - darn - once you start breathing - you just hate to quit!! Oh well, the lilacs are coming, the lilacs are coming and I am at the ready, clothespin in hand. Happy Mom's Day to all who are and to all who have ever had a mom!! And to our very special listmom!
