There survive his widow Mary (Sease); four sons, Emery G. (should be Emert) Herman I., Wilbur J., and Leon E., all of this city, and one sister, Mrs. Esther Coop, of this city. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 PM at the home, Interment will be made in Woodlawn Cemetery. Elmira Star Gazette, Tuesday, October 27, 1908 Fred Newell died last evening at the home of his son Leon Newell of 100 West Chemung Place, aged 67 years. He is survived by his widow Mary (Sease); four sons, Emery G. (should be Emert) Herman I., Wilbur J., and Leon E., all of this city, and one sister, Mrs. Esther Copp, of this city. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 PM at the home, Interment will be made in Woodlawn Cemetery.
