I went through the Elmira directory website and found two Annabel/Annable names I did not expect. Does anyone know anything more about Dr. Frederic C. Annabel and his brother, Dr. Charles E. Annabel. They were both physicians and surgeons in 1889-1893 with offices at 202 Pennsylvania Ave. and 111-113 West Hudson. Charles practiced with a Dr. O. S. Williamson.
