    3. I am looking for a possible marriage of Jean Russell Wylie after 1870 in Pennsylvania. Her original name was Jean Russell. She was married to John Wylie in Scotland. They came to Barclay in March of 1868 and from all that I can gather, he was killed in the Barclay Mine in May of 1868. She is recorded on the 1870 census alone with her 3 children, Jane, David and John. There her name is Jennie and Wylie is spelled Wyly. I have seen her referred to as Jane and Janet as well and Wylie has been spelled as many ways as you can think to spell it. By 1880, she isn't found in Pennsylvania as Jean Wylie (any spelling). I did find her son, David, listed with her dead husband's mother in Liberty, Pa. But, now sign of her or the other two children. I have a picture of the daughter at approx. 16 years of age that was taken in Park City, Utah. Later on David and his wife were in Wellington, British Columbia, Canada and stayed there for a year. Then they came back to Frugality, Pa. If any one has any knowledge of who Jean Wylie may have become, I would love to hear from you. Thank you, Pam Wylie
