Found in the Altoona Mirror issue dated April 3, 1906 ELSIE WEBER - Daughter of Rudolph and Marguerite Weber, died at 7:20 this morning of dropsy at the home of her parents, 1611 [?] Second Avenue. She was born in this city, August 9, 1891. Her parents and the following brothers and sisters survive: Marguerite, Lydia, Ida and John. The deceased was a member of the German Lutheran church.
