I was wondering if there was anyone living in the area who would be able to do some court research on a very narrow period of time (1847-1861). I would, of course, be willing to pay for your time! I had hoped to be able to get out to do the court research myself but have not been able to make the trip. I have an ancestor who was a RR worker and was killed at Horseshoe Curve in 1861. I'd like to have copies of any orphans court documents and wills/inventories for him. I have dates and other pertinent information, so it shouldn't require too much digging. If anyone is able to do this research - or knows of someone who can, please let me know and I'll send you the details.
