An Eggs-traordinary Egg Story A lady residing in the First ward, who is the owner of six fine pullets and one that ain't a pullet, no more and no less, was surprised yesterday morning on going to the coop to find nine fully developed and perfectly shelled eggs, four of them in two nests and one in each of the other four nests. The question now is, where did the three extra eggs come from? The coop is inaccessible to other chickens and roosters, you know, don't take any laying in theirs. This is certainly an eggs-traordinary eggs-ploit, and if anybody can eggs plain it now is the time to egg-stend our fund of information on the subject. ---------------------- Wedding Bells Kepler-Snyder At Boalsburg, on Sunday, June 15, 1884, by Rev. A new street lamp has been erected at the northwest corner of Allegheny and Lincoln avenue. This has been long needed for there is a great many things being done on and about that corner that needs some light thrown on it. ------------------------------- Annie Whiteman PABlair Rootsweb List Administrator Annie Whiteman/Steve Patz Blair County Coordinators http://www.rootsweb.com/~pablair _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 with e-mail virus protection service: 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/virus
