The following was in the Altoona Tribune in 1886 (thank you, Annie :). Could someone translate this for me....what does "not affected by exception" mean? And was it normal for an auditor to be involved? Ambrose-In the matter of exceptions to the report of Mathew Calvin, esq., auditor appointed to distribute the funds in the hands of T. B. Hunter, administrator of Kesiah Hunter, deceased. On motion it was ordered and decreed that the administrator pay out all money not affected by exception.
