    2. Argument Court The Business Transacted at this Week's Session of the Court. Argument court was called at 9 o'clock on Monday morning, Judges Dean and Fichtner on the bench. The following motions, petitions, etc., were disposed of: Neff & Hicks-Petition of Robert H. Hallowell and answer of same to citation to file his account as administrator of Sarah Ann Hallowell. Attachment suspended for thirty days and respondent directed to file his account in the meantime. Same-Petition of J. D. Hicks, esq., assignee of Mary Christian, for authority to make sale of real estate. Sale ordered; bond filed and approved. Young-Petition of Mrs. Mary A. Leonard to be declared the sole trader. Decree as per petition. Report of B. L. Hewit, esq., auditor distributing the balance in the hands of George Fay, trustee, arising from the sale of real estate of Joseph Kemp, deceased. Read and confirmed nisi. Report of B. L. Hewit, esq., auditor distributing the balance in the hands of Hon. Joseph Fichtner, administrator of Humphrey Ingram, deceased. Read and confirmed nisi. Alexander & Herr-George F. Jones vs. Andrew Kipple. Rule granted on the plaintiff to show cause of action and why the defendant should not be discharged on common bail. Returnable at argument court. Same-In the matter of the account of Andrew Clabaugh, executor of Michael Clabaugh, deceased, exceptions withdrawn, and appointment of the auditor vacated upon payment of fees and costs. Supplemental report of Matthew Calvin, esq., auditor appointed to distribute the funds in the hands of Martin Bell, jr., esq., assignee of S. C. Baker, read and confirmed nisi. W. L. Woodcock-In the matter of the assigned estate of C. Ott. On motion of C. B. Clark, esq., is appointed auditor to distribute funds in the hands of H. L. Nicholson, assignee. Report of the inquisition on the body of an unknown young man found lying dead, near Birmingham railroad station, was presented and approved. Landis-Return of A. J. Riley, esq., trustee appointed to sell land embraced in the "Cresswell Extension" of the city of Altoona. Greevy & Doyle-On motion J. L. Leisenring, esq., is appointed auditor to distribute funds arising from the sale of property of Joseph Uhlary. Buckley-Joseph Flanigan vs. John Flanigan. Decree of court modifying decree made June 26, 1886, and receipt of Joseph Flanigan for valuation money. Flick-Return of sale of real estate of Joseph Beck, deceased. Sale confirmed. Neff & Hicks-Petition of Franklin De Armitt and Harriet Ann De Armitt, mother of Emma Jane De Armitt, for adoption of said Emma as child of Franklin De Armitt. Decree of adoption as per petition. Ambrose-In the matter of exceptions to the report of Mathew Calvin, esq., auditor appointed to distribute the funds in the hands of T. B. Hunter, administrator of Kesiah Hunter, deceased. On motion it was ordered and decreed that the administrator pay out all money not affected by exception. W. L. Woodcock-In the matter of the proceedings in partition of the estate of William B. Mason. Attachment awarded to take effect if costs are not paid within thirty days. Shaw-Petition for change of voting place in the second election district in Sixth ward of Altoona. It was ordered that the place for holding the general elections in the second election district of the Sixth ward of Altoona, county of Blair, be and the same is hereby fixed at the building of the Friendship Hose Company, in said district, on Twenty-first street between Eighth and Ninth avenues, in said city. Application of the Young Men's Christian association of Altoona for an amendment to its charter. Amendment approved and directed to be recorded. Heinsling-Ella Davis vs. Abraham Davis. Libel in divorce. E. H. Flick, esq., was appointed commissioner to take testimony. Stevens & Owens-Charles A. McDonald vs. Florence McDonald. Libel to divorce. On motion W. L. Pascoe, esq., is appointed commissioner to take testimony. Shaw-E. M. Jones & Sons vs. James Davis. Leave granted to the plaintiff to enter judgment against the defendant as prayed for. W. L. Keagy & Co., for the appointment of a guardian ad litem for the children of Harry Barr. George D. Smith appointed. Stevens & Owens-Petition of William Scullin for citation against Mrs. Sarah Scullin, administratrix of John Scullin, deceased. Alias citation awarded as prayed for to file account. S. M. Woodcock-S. P. Burkhart vs. Jane Burkhart. Libel in divorce. Petition for an allowance to maintain defense to above stated action and for an allowance for her support. Rule granted returnable at the argument court. Stevens-Estate of Isabella G. Young, deceased. Return of G. Lloyd Owens, esq., administrator, to order to sell real estate. Sale confirmed. Bridenbaugh-Tavaren license of W. E. McMonigal transferred to Henry Lewis. Leisenring-Henry Stockbridge vs. Lawrence V. Mathews. Execution before E. M. Amies, esq., city recorder of Altoona. No answer to rule having been filed by claimants to property, the sheriff is directed to proceed with the writ. Altoona Building and Loan Association No. 2 vs. D. L. Peightel.
