Hi List, I am looking for information on James Dougherty of Blair County, born Nov. 1845. In 1871, he married Mary Jane Irvin of Altoona and they had seven children; among them was Anna Dougherty (born April 1886), who married Herbert A. Weidel, my grandmother and grandmother.
