I recently obtained a photo of my gg grandmother, Elizabeth (Eichenlaub) Waltz, along with some of her children. I don't know too much about the Eichenlaub family, and this photo has got me thinking about them. Elizabeth's parents were Joseph Eichenlaub and Mary Ann Sherry, from Herxheim, Bavaria, Germany. Elizabeth was the oldest of 9 children: Elizabeth, born March 23, 1843 Joseph, born Jan. 15, 1844 (married Mary Margaret Burkhart) Valenine, born March 9, 1846 Peter, born April 2, 1848 Mary Catherine, born April 12, 1853 John, born in 1857 (first married Mary Feeny, then Sarah Clifford) Anna Regina, born Sept 8, 1858 Michael Augustin, born May 24, 1861 William, born in 1863 According to the little bit that I know about this line, some of the Eichelaub's lived in Cambria and some in Blair County. I think perhaps some also moved to Ohio. Anyone researching this Eichenlaub line?
