I've also been looking for a photo or drawing concerning the Juniata River. My ancestor, George M. WALTZ arrived in the US in 1831. According to the Cyclopedia of Cambria County, he first settled in Hollidaysburg, and during his residence there, assisted in the building of the first bridge across the Juniata River at Hollidaysburg. Does anyone know anything about this bridge? Have a photo or drawing that you would be willing to share?
