Hi List, Does anyone know if Altoona had City Directories? If so, could some kind genealogy soul please look in a 1901 and/or 1902 Altoona City Directory for: HEAD, Joseph (wife Cora, daughter Hazel) ? I discovered a reference to them in the September 22, 1902 obituary for my G-Grandfather: "The funeral will take place from the Head home Wednesday afternoon, interment to be made in Grand-View Cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Head and child, of Altoona, came over to the city on Way Passenger this afternoon to attend the funeral." Thanks very much. Sue shfsmith@aol.com
