When the Altoona Mirror went online, I contacted Neil Rudel. and he would not give me permission to put their obits put into pagen archives. I explained to him that it's all done on a voluntary basis, and anybody can do lookups for free His answer was NO. I've never contacted this pablair site before, but I read where one gentleman asked where the obits were. Maybe he was referring to other obits.
