Just need some advice.......I am still working on my Great Grandmother, Sarah M. Neff McKinney and I am confused about some information that is listed in the 1900 Census original document about the number of children she had given birth to. In order to get somebody to look up information at the Blair County Courthouse, would I need to write them a letter or call them and does anyone have any idea what they charge for services like this?
