Dawn, I have Lydia HALFPENNY who married in to my HUNTER line. Her tombstone indicates that she was the daughter of J & M Halfpenny. She is buried in Logan Valley Cemetery in Antis Twp. Her sister Isabel is also buried there. The 1870 census has the following: All born PA Halfpenny, John, 60 Mary Ann, 56 Mary E, 21 Sally, 19 Benjamin, 17 Catharine B, 16 George, 7 Wirtz (could be Mirtz), John, 25 Kotner(?), William, 21 I will be happy to send you a copy of the image if you would like it. I will check and see what else I have also, as I have come across the Halfpenny name frequently since they lived in such close proximity to my Hunter's.
