Marriage Record RICE-WATSON A very pretty wedding was solemnized at 8 o'clock last evening when Miss Bessie Watson became the bride of Ralph E. Rice. The ceremony was performed at the East Juniata Lutheran parsonage by Rev. E. H. Hauser. Mr. J. W. Plummer of Juniata and Miss Amelia Scheeler of Altoona attended the couple. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Watson of Milesburg, Pa., and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Rice of 1336 Eighth avenue, Juniata. He served eighteen months overseas during the World war and is now employed as an engineman by the Pennsylvania Railroad company. A wedding supper was served at the home of the bridegroom's parents, after which the couple departed for a two weeks' trip to Philadelphia, Atlantic City and New York. Upon their return, they will reside at the home of the bridegroom's parents in Juniata. ALBERTSON-EDWARDS Mr. Roy Arthur Albertson and Miss Hulda Edwards were married at 10:30 yesterday morning at the home of the bridegroom by Alderman W. E. Crampsey. The home was attractively decorated and members of the immediate families witnessed the ceremony. After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served. The bride is a well known young lady of this city and her husband is a Pennsylvania Railroad company employee. They will reside at 816 Eighth avenue. FARABAUGH-KAISER Mr. Rudolph H. Farabaugh, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Farabaugh of 1808 Eighth avenue and Miss Edna Kaiser, daughter of Mrs. Mary Kaiser of 1613 Eighth avenue were married at 8 o'clock yesterday morning at Mt. Carmel church with a nuptial mass by Rev. Father Zachary. Mr. George Farabaugh and Miss Grace Kaiser attended the couple. The bride wore a white georgette and satin dress and carried a shower of white roses and her maid wore white crepe de chine and her bouquet was pink roses. Mr. Farabaugh is a well known business man in this city and his bride is a graduate of Mt. Aloysius academy, Cresson class of 1917. After a western tour they will reside at 1808 Eighth avenue. STONEBRAKER-SHOWALTER Mr. Harry Edward Stonebraker of 107 East First street and Miss Ida Marie Showalter of 228 Twenty-second avenue were married at Cumberland, Md., on Wednesday, by the Rev. Schlinker, pastor of the Methodist church of Cumberland. The bridegroom is employed as a car repairman by the Pennsy. The newlyweds will reside at the home of the bridegroom. TRIPICAN-MARKLEY Mr. Joseph F. Tripican of Pittsburgh, and Miss Mary Markley of Bellwood, were married yesterday morning at 10:45 o'clock at the parsonage of the Grace Lutheran church, Rev. H. R. Shipe officiating, using the impressive ring ceremony of the church. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Mary Markley of North Thirteenth street, and is well known in the community. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Tripican of Altoona and holds a responsible position with the Pennsylvania Railroad company as inspector from the vice president's department of the central region with headquarters at Pittsburgh. The newlyweds, after a wedding trip to New York city and other eastern cities, will make their home in Pittsburgh. Marriage License Record Clare S.
