Hi......I'm new to genealogy research and am looking for some information from Blair County I am looking for information on Albert & Theresa (Miller) West......parents of Allison S. West (married to Hattie B. Turnbaugh) I believe that Allison's son, Paul H. born in 1909 is my husband's great grandfather.....but not yet able to confirm.
