Hi, I am wondering a couple of things, first my great great grandparents were naturalized in 1891 in Altoona. I am only able to determine the year which they were naturalized from census records for 1900,1910,1920, and 1930,not where it occured.We all know what assumptions can do to us in our research so I am asking would their papers be on file in Altoona or would they be else where? Also, if they are in Altoona at the courthouse, would someone have the time to go there and look up there papers and obtain a copy or transcribe the information on them for me? I am in dire need of these papers as, I can go no further in my research for them in England without their papers to know where in England they came from or any other pertinent data that would be on these papers. I would gladly pay for any necessary materials or time if need be. Thanks, Tracilyn
