Jack, Blair County Genealogical Society has published books on Fairview Cemetery and Rose Hill Cemetery from Altoona, giving lot locations and names and dates from the records/tombstones. Here is their website: http://www.rootsweb.com/~pabcgs/ I don't know that anyone has read the Blair Memorial Park in Bellwood -- although that would also make a fabulous publication -- but I would imagine that their office would have good records.
