Thank you, LOIS and RALPH Frend Santa Clas Our class is going to write to you but I am going to send a letter sooner. We will put out cookies and milk for you. This year we will put out a napkin for you so ther are no crums on the cloth. I am going to put out an apple for your raindear. Please give me a doll and a pack of colored paper and pensils. A pin that shines and heavy stockings with bows. Thank you, Margaret Dear Santa Please bring me fruit and nuts. I would also like drops of lemon and peppermint. If you have extra I will share with my brother and sister. They are too young to go to school. If you need extra money I will put my bank on the table. Thank you Sarah Dear Mr. Santa, Who rides in the slay with you? Your wife? Do you have fruit and nuts all of the time? Can you make a cake with extra sweets on the top? I like a cake like that, my brother had one for his birthday party. Do you get dirty coming down the chimney? My papa gets awfully dirty at work, but he uses a special soap and gets very clean. Please bring me a piano with a bench that opens and a doll and a pin and a pair of boots with matching gloves. I would also like ribbons for me and my sister. Thank you a lot, Carolina Sana do you know my new house? It is not at the same place we moved closer to the shops. Papa doesn't have to take a bus to the shops now. Mama puts shades on the window. I hope you have nice weather for Xmas, thank you, Mary Alice Ps please bring me a doll and bows and stockings and a pin, one that shines. Santa, Our family is very large this year. Aunt Sadie and Uncle Irwin live with our house. Uncle Irwin has only one leg now. It left during the war. He sleeps on the sofa during the day and at night papa helps him to bed. Mama and Papa do not like to have him sleep on the sofa. It is not right for people to think he has to sleep on the sofa. If you could find his leg and bring it to him he could sleep on the bed and not be in the parlor. He could go to work with Papa. I would like to ask you for a solder and a gun. I could shoot a rabbit with the gun. If I am too small to get a gun I would still like a solder. A stand by alone solder. Thank you, Samuel Santa, oranges and fruit and nuts are my favorites, and I would lik dishs to play with in the kitchen. Dishs that will not brake.
