Every once in awhile we're reminded That our life is so short on this earth Some seem to leave us so sudden Without getting their money's worth. We grieve our loss in rivers of tears Knowing we've lost someone dear One who can never be replaced In all of our living years. Annie gave all of herself to all What a legacy she's left behind I doubt we'll never find someone Who was so giving and so kind. There's another angel in heaven today Singing with all joy and glee Annie can now fill in the blanks On her elusive family tree. That long lost grandpa can now be found Old family stories are being shared There's a family reunion in heaven I'm sure Annie is glad to be there. Annie, thank you for all you've done. You've touched us all in your own special way.
