COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES. Programme of the Fourth Annual Commencement of the High School. On Wednesday evening next the fourth annual commencement of the Altoona High School will be held in the Opera House. On that occasion eleven young ladies and gentlemen will deliver the exercises which conclude their school life in Altoona.
