. Do you have information about Johann Frederick Mosel, born on 5 Feb. 1802 in Hitzhausen (a village next to Ostercappeln). I am looking for the ship or the date when he went to America. The date of the death is also interesting for me. His father is Gerhard Heinrich Mosel, which married Anna Maria Helmkamp on 18 Sept. 1789. He must die between 1816 an 1819 and I went to fourteen different churches next to Ostercappeln, but I didn't find his death. Do you know if he also went to America as his son? The all were born in Hitzhausen, in north Germany, Henrich Wilhlem Mosel, born in 1811 went to America in May 1842 with his wife and two children. Johann Henrich Friedrich (Fritz) Mosel, born febr. 05, 1802 went with his wife and five children. Johann Henrich Mosel, born oct. 14, 1804 went with his wife and four children to America, but from both I do not know any year or any town where they went.
