Hello everyone, First I'd like to thank you for the kind words, not necessary but appreciated. Second, I think I hit a record for the number of requests from the last posting (prior to page 84) and I don't want to risk missing anyone. If you sent me a request and I haven't responded please send it again. Third, on top of the record number of requests I've been updating my laptop (not a good thing). I've also discovered some of your requests may have gone into my junk mail/spam folder. Regretfully, I think I accidentally deleted some.
